Prior to a Pick 2 card, all players (but the Card Czar) should draw an extra white card in order to have more options. Haikus do not need to follow the 5-7-5 format but simply must be dramatic. If you wish to finish the game, grab the black card that says, “Make a Haiku.” This is the “official” closing ceremony of a Cards Against Humanity game. If you win the round with either card you keep your bet, if you lose the winner of that round gets the Awesome Point wagered. If you believe you have more than one white card that could win you an Awesome Point, you may bet an Awesome Point you already have and play two white cards. Be sure to not let them out of order, or you may lose when you had the potential to win an Awesome Point! Gambling Players should pass these, in order, to the Czar for consideration. Some black cards have two blanks to fill and ask for two cards. Players replace their cards in order to maintain a hand of 10 cards. Who ever played the white card takes the black card and keeps it as their Awesome Point. After the round is finished, a new player becomes the Czar and the rules repeat. The Card Czar shuffles and reads the responses aloud to the group, whichever the Czar thinks is the funniest wins the black card. These cards are passed to the Card Czar, face-down, for consideration. Active players who are not the Card Czar choose a white card from their hand that they think best completes the phrase or sentence(s). The pick and play a black card by reading it aloud to all the other players. The player who has pooped most recently starts the game as the Card Czar.
